Creating an account implies that you have read and accepted the End User License Agreement (EULA).

All fields are required except for the API key, the description, the degree and the second address line.

You will need an API key if you are planning to upload submissions to GeneMatcher using the REST API. You can generate a key by clicking the "Generate a new API key" button. Once you have done that you will need to save it because it needs to be included with each request you make. You can generate a new API key at any time you wish.

Once the account is created you will be emailed a link which will allow you to activate the account. You will be able to log in once the account is activated.
